Remark: We have 22 rooms.
* Responsible for taking reservations, greeting, and registering guests.
and provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, etc.,
* Check-in, check-out guests, double-check reservations from OTAs, or create a new reservation for walk-in guests.
* providing outstanding guest service during their stay, offering friendly service, and ensuring their stay in the hotel is to their satisfaction.
* Settling the guest- s account upon completion of their stay and handling filing and data entry as requested.
* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
* Coordinate with the housekeeping regarding room cleansing etc.,
